Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Identify key campaign themes, goals, target audiences, and optimal content types.

  • Content Creation & Coordination

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce engaging campaign assets (posts, videos, reels, stories, infographics, etc.).

Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent campaign messaging.

  • Platform Management

Manage campaign execution across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).

Optimize content per platform best practices and audience behavior.

  • Ad Campaign Management

Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns.

Define target segments, allocate budgets, and adjust ads based on performance data.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Track key campaign metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI).

Use insights to refine strategies and prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders.

  • Community Engagement

Monitor comments, messages, and tags to engage with the audience and strengthen community relationships.

Respond to queries or concerns in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns.

Experiment with new formats, tools, and influencer partnerships to enhance reach and engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, branding, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with larger business goals.

Coordinate with PR teams to ensure consistent messaging during events or launches.

  • Compliance & Brand Consistency

Ensure all campaign content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies.

  • Manage approval workflows and asset rights usage.

Campaign Post-Mortem

Conduct post-campaign evaluations to identify successes, areas for improvement, and learning points for future initiatives.
