Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Handler (Entry Level) to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and building online communities. You will be responsible for assisting in managing our social media presence across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Support in creating simple graphics, reels, and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and campaigns
- Track engagement metrics and help prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with current social media trends and suggest new strategies
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing or other related fields
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms
- Strong interest in digital content and online communication
- Good written communication skills in English (Nepali is a plus)
- Familiarity with any tools
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
