Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Admin Assistant for a full-time, hybrid position based in Kathmandu, Nepal, with flexibility to work partially from home. The ideal candidate will manage Shopify platform activities, including product management, order fulfillment, content updates, customer support, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Add and update products, including descriptions, images, and inventory.
- Ensure accuracy and visual appeal of product listings.
Order Fulfillment:
- Process and manage orders efficiently.
- Coordinate shipping and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
Content Management:
- Regularly update website content, including blogs, promotional materials, and general page content.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Social Media Management:
- Create engaging social media posts.
- Manage interactions with followers and maintain vibrant online communities.
Website Optimization:
- Support improvements in website speed, SEO practices, and user experience.
Administrative Duties:
- Conduct routine data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with executive tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience with Shopify.
- Availability to work US Eastern Time hours.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
