Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance department in managing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.
- Oversee risk management, and financial controls.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Job Specification
- Must have passed CAP II Examination from ICAN or ICAI, with successful completion of Articleship Training.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Finance or Audit role, preferably in the financial services.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial systems, and audits with integrity and transparency.
