This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing strategic plans, and managing sales and marketing initiatives. The individual will also be tasked with conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful growth of the institution.
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and creating business strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and industry trends to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is preferable
