What We’re Looking For- Experience in handling premium products in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities to build, lead, and develop large sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
- Expertise in distribution network expansion.
- New Gen Marketing and Advertising.
- Preferred Master’s degree, or at least a Bachelor’s in Business or related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Exposure to both GT and MT environments is essential.
