The Role:


We are looking for someone to handle full paid media campaign management for global clients, and everything else that comes along with it. This role would be great for a current paid media or performance executive looking to unleash their expertise in a new role but also step up, working with six figure budgets across multiple clients!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build, launch and scale paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and more, with performance at the core.
  • Think beyond the brief, bring fresh ideas, innovative targeting strategies, and smart creative executions that cut through.
  • Own campaign performance through daily optimisations and disciplined management of budgets, bidding and pacing.
  • Track and analyse KPI’s to uncover insights and supercharge ROI
  • Leverage our partnerships with Google and Meta to stay ahead of platform innovations and best practices.
  • Craft detailed, insight let reports that go beyond the numbers, turning performance data into clear recommendations.
  • Understand your client’s inside out, spotting trends, flagging issues, and proactively recommending improvements.
  • Take full ownership of time and budget tracking
  • Optimise campaigns using industry leading tools and automation
  • Support strategy development with research, trend analysis, and cross channel media planning insights.


Requirements:


  • Degree-level qualification
  • Minimum two years’ experience in programmatic advertising
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and deep comfort with attribution, events, and funnel analysis.
  • Proven success across Google Ads, Meta, and other major paid media platforms.
  • A genuine passion for digital media and marketing
  • A data obsessed mindset, always looking for patterns, learnings and ways to optimise.
  • A natural collaborator and confident working across global teams.
  • Detail orientated with a strong ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends in customer behaviour.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and can juggle multiple campaigns without missing a beat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
