Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and monitor social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Optimize content for Social Media Optimization (SMO) to boost visibility and reach
Plan and execute media campaigns aligned with brand objectives
Create compelling content and copy for posts, stories, and ads
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to improve performance
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency
Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, publishing, and tracking

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies
Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Social Media Marketing and SMO
Experience in media planning and effective communication
Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite / Ad Manager, etc., is a plus
Must be able to work on-site in Kathmandu
