The Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategies and initiatives. This position assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, aimed at enhancing brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage BTL marketing activities, ensuring effective execution.
Coordinate with agencies to finalize branding materials and ensure timely delivery.
Identify marketing challenges proactively and implement solutions efficiently.
Develop and execute brand activation campaigns to enhance visibility.
Support the marketing team in organizing events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Conduct market research to identify new marketing trends and opportunities.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
1 year of experience in a marketing role or internship. Freshers can apply as well.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Should have 2 wheeler vehicle and license.
