Job Summary
Utopia is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate. In this collaborative, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on campaigns with our team. Our ideal candidate has basic graphic design skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for social media platforms, including Meta and Linkedin. Tiktok would also be good, but we’re not active on it yet. Ideal applicants would be university graduates.
Digital Marketing Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials to use on social media and other web platforms to drive traffic and promote our services
- Support Utopia & CUE teams on social media presence
- Develop social media campaigns
- Assist with email campaigns
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - if possible
- Produce website, blogs and social media content
- Produce reports on traffic numbers, engagement
- Complete other administrative tasks for events, workshop and training as needed
Digital Marketing Associate Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in **Journalism and Mass Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design or media technology** program
- Prior experience in Digital marketing and content creation
- Experience using Canva, or other content creation tools
- Basic Google Ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, Slides) & Other official Computer skills
- Availability to work regular office hours (Monday - Friday) with the flexibility of hybrid working hours subject to coordinate with the team
