Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular sales analysis and reports to evaluate team performance and market conditions.
- Ensure proper training and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales planning to ensure profitability.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
