We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parabroker to support our broker team with end-to-end loan processing to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in submitting lender applications, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of all loan-related processes. What You’ll Do
Loan Processing & Submission
- Collaborate with brokers to gather required documentation from clients.
- Prepare, review, and submit loan applications to lenders.
- Ensure all documentation complies with lender policies and guidelines.
Application Tracking & Follow-Up
- Monitor the progress of submitted applications, addressing any lender or client queries proactively.
- Maintain organised records of each application’s status, communicating updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between brokers, clients, and lenders, providing clear, concise, and professional communication.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
Data Management & Reporting
- Accurately input and maintain client and loan information in the company’s CRM or relevant systems.
- Generate regular progress reports and assist in the preparation of compliance documents.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline loan processing workflows.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ongoing Learning & Development
- Stay updated on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in company-provided training to continuously expand skill sets
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years in Australian mortgage industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong ability to review and verify information with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow and continuously refine existing procedures.
- Eager to take initiative, solve problems, and adopt new tools and processes.
