Job Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Substantialize financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare tax returns and support audits as required.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial insights.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar) for day-to-day operations.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.
