Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive the adoption of our healthcare software solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhaktapur and focuses on engaging with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to promote and sell our advanced healthcare management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals with healthcare providers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Present product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our healthcare software.
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring seamless implementation and usage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the healthcare sector.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and technological advancements to align sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially in healthcare settings.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management, preferably in the healthcare or IT industry.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in selling healthcare software (e.g., EMR, HIS, LIS) is a plus.
