The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and adept at managing social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram & Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms ensuring brand consistency
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Monitor and respond to customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
Stay updated with industry & social media marketing trends in emerging platforms

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms & handling customer queries, preferably in the jewellery or precious metals industry.
Required experience in Canva, Capcut & other designing/ editing applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
