Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and refine on-page and off-page SEO strategies to maximize organic search performance.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to support marketing goals.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
  • Monitor competitors’ digital marketing efforts to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all digital efforts align with brand messaging and maintain consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or SEO Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google AnalyticsGoogle Search ConsoleAhrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
  • Strong content marketing skills, with the ability to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in email marketing, including list management and campaign execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on user experience and design.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MarketingDigital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
