- Lead and assist in the development of new products or enhancements to existing products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Gather consumer insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer databases, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide research-based recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role or internship would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- A valid driver license and access to a two-wheeler are necessary.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent research skills, including the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
