We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our fintech products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities within the fintech industry.
- Client Outreach: Engage with prospective customers through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.) to introduce fintech solutions and assess their needs.
- Data Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with branding and promotional strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use CRM and other analytical tools to track and measure lead generation effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed lead generation targets, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers with a Master’s degree are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in , Business Development lead generation, sales, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools for data management and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the fintech industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
