Now, We have positions for DELI Stationery Sales managers.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Sales Work:
- Develop sales strategies to ensure attainment of sales goals of assigned territory.
- Leading, directing and motivating the distributor's sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Help distributor's sales team to develop new channels/ customers to ensure full coverage of area by channel/ product category.
- Initiate and coordinate development of sales plans for existing and new customers
Products Work:
- Participate in setting price strategy in coordination with Head office team.
- Market survey and collecting information including (competitors, new products, etc...)
Marketing Work:
- Assist in developing marketing plan & Ensure execution with sales team.
- Ensure visibility/ availability & proper displays of own brand products in key accounts.
Others:
- Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintain updated records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Follow up with Distributor on due payment
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major of sales and marketing;
- 2-5 years’ experience of sales and marketing stationery, consuming and FMCG products industry background are preferred;
- Able to travel frequently in sounding countries;
- High abilities of execution of projects, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Should be open-minded, flexible, humble, proactive and self-motivated mindset;
- English or Chinese speaking and writing are necessary.
