Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Guide, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to ensure high team productivity and skill development.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Bhojdeals' overall marketing goals. Focus on customer acquisition, retention, and growth within the competitive online food delivery industry.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance. Provide actionable insights to improve team performance, customer outreach, and sales growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and business partners, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
BTL (Below-the-Line) Activities:
- Execution of BTL Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute effective BTL activities (e.g., local events, activations, promotions, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive customer acquisition.
- On-Ground Campaigns: Oversee on-ground campaigns and activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution in targeted locations.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key local influencers, brand ambassadors, and event organizers to amplify brand presence through BTL efforts.
Co-Branding with Other Companies:
- Identify Co-Branding Opportunities: Identify and pursue co-branding partnerships with complementary businesses, such as restaurants, food brands, and lifestyle companies, to create joint marketing campaigns that drive mutual value.
- Develop Co-Branding Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of co-branded marketing initiatives that align with both Bhojdeals' and partners’ brand identities and goals.
- Negotiate and Manage Partnerships: Oversee negotiations, contracts, and relationship management for co-branding partnerships, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cross-Promotions: Work with partners to plan and execute cross-promotion strategies, including joint events, digital campaigns, and special offers that engage both brands' audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sales leadership, BTL activities, and co-branding partnerships. Previous experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams, executing BTL campaigns, and building strategic co-branding partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the online food delivery market and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve marketing challenges and generate business opportunities.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
