Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join our Daraz Marketing Solutions (DMS) team as a Strategic Key Account Manager. This role focuses on managing key accounts, optimizing advertising campaigns, and driving revenue growth through retail media advertising. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Media Advertising & Account Management
- Develop and execute retail media advertising strategies using Daraz Marketing Solutions tools.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with brands and advertisers to position DMS as a trusted retail media solution.
- Utilize sales tools and data insights to monitor account performance, sales progress, and revenue opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions to share insights and best practices with local teams.
Collaboration & Strategy Execution
- Work cross-functionally to implement best practices and strategy frameworks.
- Conduct periodic updates to track progress, address challenges, and optimize campaign execution.
- Provide structured feedback to regional teams for product and DMS improvements.
Sales & Performance Optimization
- Identify and onboard high-potential brands, aligning them with DMS advertising opportunities.
- Drive seller performance, ensuring campaigns remain active, optimized, and revenue-focused.
- Build and manage relationships with advertisers and agencies to expand business opportunities.
Campaign & Financial Management
- Oversee onsite campaigns for strategic accounts, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
- Resolve payment disputes, working closely with the finance team on approvals, recoveries, and credit management.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and insights to refine advertising strategies and drive consistent growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, online advertising, or agency roles.
- Strong background in performance advertising (preferably search advertising) and branding.
- Proven ability to drive sales, generate revenue, and achieve strategic business objectives.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
