Job Description

Responsibilities:


1)Provide technical support by preparing product solutions, resolving technical issues, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering tailored presentations to clients.

2)Lead bidding activities, including addressing technical inquiries during bid openings, and collaborate closely with sales teams to achieve project targets.

3)Collect, organize, and analyze market and industry data to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

4)Develop and deliver technical training programs for partners, agents, and key customers to enhance product knowledge and competency.

5)Offer customized solutions and ongoing technical support to clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

6)Assist in local project development by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with stakeholders.


Qualifications:


1)Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2)Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, presales, or marketing within the telecommunications industry (e.g., TETRA, DMR, P25, LTE, or related standards). Channel management or project development experience is a plus.

3) Good communication skills. Fluent in English as a working language (Conversation and Writing)

4)Behavioral skills: excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, sense of urgency, dynamism.
