Role Overview:


We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand Né Nepal's wholesale business. You will identify and cultivate relationships with new wholesale buyers, manage existing accounts, and drive sales growth through various wholesale channels.   


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed wholesale revenue targets.   
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new wholesale buyers, both domestically and internationally.   
  • Manage and optimize Né Nepal's presence on Etsy Wholesale, Faire, and other relevant B2B platforms, including listing products, managing inventory, processing orders, and tracking sales performance.   
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to increase wholesale sales volume and profitability.   
  • Collaborate with the product team on new product development and ensure alignment with wholesale market demands.   
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth export processes.   
  • Manage product returns and resolve customer complaints efficiently.   
  • Represent Né Nepal at relevant trade shows and industry events.   


Key Requiremenst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.   
  • Proven track record of success in wholesale sales, with at least 2 years of experience exceeding sales targets.   
  • Experience in the handmade or craft industries is a plus.   
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and wholesale distribution channels.   
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.   
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and online sales platforms.   
  • Passion for handmade and artisanal products, with an appreciation for Né Nepal's mission and values.
