The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. S/he should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Strategy:
Work directly with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
Provide leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
Develop and manage annual marketing budgets for the organization, regularly monitor expenditures; prepare summary assessments and reports.
Provide leadership in developing and designing and the production of all parts of marketing needs.
Establish and implement short and long-range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement the company's social media strategy and maximize profile across all activities.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Promotion and Branding:
- Oversee all promotional events of the organization
- Initiate and implement direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers.
Market Research:
Identify potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints
Coordination and Supervision:
Oversee, train, and direct the marketing team.
Partnering with product development to estimate product demand.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
