Job Description
The Daily Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth for the company. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding daily sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing feedback to the sales manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Achieve daily sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and closing sales in assigned territories or outlets.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting key features, quality, and value.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and report market and competitor information, identifying trends, pricing, and sales activities that impact business objectives.
- Provide daily sales reports to the Line Manager, including insights into product demand and customer preferences.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and promotions for the company
- Assist in training sessions for new product launches and promotional activities.
Compliance and Coordination:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
- Experience in the Dairy or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
