Customer Assistance: Help customers in selecting the best home interior materials based on their choice, needs, and budget.
Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the flooring and sanitaryware products available in the store. Provide information on materials, quality, and features to help customers make better decisions.
Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and cheque payments.
Customer Service: Listen to customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure excellent customer service to build better relationships and get repeat business.
Product Training: Stay updated on new products and trends.
Cross-Selling: Suggest additional items to increase sales opportunities.
Store Maintenance: Help in the cleanliness and maintenance of the store. Report any maintenance issues.
Teamwork: Work together with other team members and management to achieve sales targets and maintain a good working environment.
Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures.
