Job Description
Position Overview:
Poshilo Foods Products( Sister company of Manaram Group) is looking for HR Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and ensure the HR function supports organizational goals.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR needs, anticipate future trends, and develop long-term HR plans.
Talent Management and Acquisition:
- Oversee the talent management process, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.
- Identify and address skill gaps and create strategies to build a robust talent pipeline, i.e., Talent Identification, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employer Branding, Talent Engagement.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's vision and mission.
- Drive employee recognition programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Organizational Development and Change Management:
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, restructuring, and culture transformation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement change strategies and plans.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational design, job architecture, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement change communication plans to ensure successful change adoption.
Performance Management and Talent Development:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Drive the performance review cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and calibration.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to nurture talent.
- Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits Strategy:
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Adopt a total rewards approach encompassing monetary and non-monetary benefits.
- Establish transparent pay structures and fair job evaluation systems.
- Incorporate performance-based components to link rewards with individual and team performance.
- Design a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee well-being.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and budgetary alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay compliant with legal requirements and regulations.
- Implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about benefits.
- Regularly evaluate and review the strategy to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
HR Team Management:
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the HR team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver the objectives of the department.
Industry Awareness and Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR.
- Participate in professional development activities and maintain relevant certifications.

Skills and Qualifications
Task Related
- Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources with a concentration in employee/labor relations required
- Experience in HRIS
