Job Description

Kumari Job is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition and be capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for clients.
  • Write and publish compelling job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Build strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding of selected candidates and ensure smooth joining processes.
  • Provide timely feedback to both candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and practices.
     
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition are preferred; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
