Job Description
Kumari Job is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition and be capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for clients.
- Write and publish compelling job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Build strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding of selected candidates and ensure smooth joining processes.
- Provide timely feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and practices.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition are preferred; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
