Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Associate will support sales operations, business development activities, tender documentation, and marketing initiatives. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, clients, vendors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution of sales and project-related activities while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales operations, business development, tender documentation, and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate daily with internal teams, clients, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
Prepare and maintain sales pipelines, quotations, orders, and opportunity tracking updates.
Review tender notices, verify tender documents, and assist in cost estimation.
Coordinate with clients and officials regarding project requirements, tenders, payments, and technical specifications.
Conduct client visits, follow-ups, and discussions for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Handle performance bonds, bank guarantees, retention registers, and related documentation.
Organize and maintain project files, proposals, contracts, letters, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with Finance, Store, HR, and Technical teams for timely project deliverables.
Follow up on payments, VAT bills, retention releases, and customs-related matters.
Assist in field visits, equipment verification, and site documentation checks.
Manage emails, schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up on action points.
Maintain updated records of tenders, sales activities, and bank guarantees.
Support senior team members in approvals, coordination, and problem-solving.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
0–1 year experience in sales, business development, tender documentation, or project coordination.
Proficiency in Odoo (ERP) is a strong priority.
Knowledge of government tenders and procurement systems is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, tender procedures, and project documentation.
Knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, performance bonds, and bank guarantees.
Familiarity with aviation, security equipment, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems.
Ability to draft professional letters, proposals, and quotations.
Basic analytical skills for pricing and cost updates.
