Rural Women upliftment Association(RWUA)

RWUA is a non-governmental, non-profitable and non-political organization working in the field of gender equity, social inclusion, economic promotion, peace establishment, fast and transparent local governing system and other socio- economic development of poor and marginalized people of Sarlahi district. It has been working in local level to facilitate poor, socio-culturally & sexually marginalized groups and conflict affected people. With in the 16 successful years of performance, RWUA achieved many things to strengthen the economic condition of poor people through saving and credit cooperation, social mobilization, sustainable agriculture and environment improvement, women empowerment, health and sanitation, trainings, skill development and income generating programs.
