Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and organize bookings for Futsal and Basketball sessions efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Supervise and maintain the stock of cafeteria supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, operate the cash register, and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
- Data Entry: Input financial information into accounting software and maintain records systematically.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and gather feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure that the front desk and all customer and staff areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with procedures among customers and staff.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to management for operational improvements.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all clients.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 degree or equivalen.
- Preferred: Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of inventory management is beneficial.

Working Hours:
- 6-day workweek.
- General shift hours: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Double shift once a week: (5:45 AM – 12:00 PM) and (2:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Flexibility required to work on weekends and holidays.
