Position: Accountant(Female) (Hot Job)

Job Description

• To ensure checking & entry of all receipt, payment & journal voucher with proper supporting documents as per financial procedure
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• To ensure proper documentation and filing
• Chasing late payments, reporting bad and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow
• Handle all transaction related to accounts
• To check & disburse petty cash expenses & party/vendor payment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the payment by the customers

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Related Field 
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Must have good knowledge and skills in Ms Office package
• Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections

Note : Having working knowledge of Tally, Swastik (accounting software) and Microsoft excel and word.
