Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Officer with prior experience in a recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and job seekers. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requisition to candidate placement.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical and client interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Client Coordination

  • Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment progress.
  • Gather feedback from clients and candidates after interviews.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying hiring trends and client opportunities.

Database & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
  • Update recruitment trackers and generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Employer Branding & Networking

  • Promote job opportunities across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a professional network of candidates and industry contacts.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
  • Proven experience handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
