The Brand Communication Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s offline branding, PR, and promotional activities. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility through strategic offline campaigns, media coordination, billboard operations, newspaper advertisements, college engagement programs, and public relations activities. This position is focused on offline branding and PR operations and does not involve digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline branding and promotional campaigns to enhance company visibility
- Brand coverage and public relations activities
- Newspaper advertisements and offline promotional materials
- Coordinate branding and orientation events with colleges and institutions
- Manage company presence during seminars, training sessions, orientations, and promotional events
- Coordinate with vendors, media houses, advertising agencies, and printing partners for smooth campaign execution
- Support brand visibility planning and offline marketing initiatives across targeted locations
- Maintain coordination with internal departments regarding branding schedules and campaign requirements
- Track and report the effectiveness and completion status of offline campaigns and PR activities
Coordinate with PR agencies for:
- Media interviews
- Press releases
Manage operations related to:
- Billboard placement and execution
- Strategic placement of digital billboards
