Job Description

Kumari Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the daily operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in human resources functions such as Payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation. The HR Officer will play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues such as benefits, payroll, or policies.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs and maintain related documentation.
  • Support the HR Manager in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Participate in internal audits and ensure proper filing of all HR documents.
  • Maintain effective communication between departments and promote a healthy work culture.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR Officer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software/tools.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
