Job Description
Kumari Job is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer – Payroll & Operations to join our Outsourcing Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR and eager to build a long-term career in the field, with a focus on managing outsourced employee operations and payroll services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for outsourced staff with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and personnel files of outsourced employees
- Coordinate with clients regarding payroll, compliance, and HR operational matters
- Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Laws and company policies
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding of outsourced employees
- Prepare reports, salary sheets, and HR documentation as required
- Support in managing employee grievances and coordinate resolutions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
Job Specification
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, operations, or related HR functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related discipline
- Strong interest in Human Resources and desire to grow in HR Outsourcing
- Working knowledge of payroll systems, HRMS, and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
