Job Description

As the Front Desk Officer at Kumari Job Pvt. Ltd., you will be the face of the organization, representing our professionalism, culture, and service excellence. You will manage daily front desk activities and act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to walk-in clients, candidates, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Support administrative and HR teams with day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, visitor records, and internal meeting coordination.
  • Assist with the onboarding of outsourced employees or job applicants when required.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for regular office needs.
  • Provide general support and information about Kumari Job services to visitors and clients.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk, guest relations, or similar customer-facing role.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printers, intercoms, etc.).
