Job Description

We are seeking a courteous, organized, and responsible Front Desk Staff to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
  3. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  4. Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling for counselors or management
  5. Assist with basic administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and filing
  6. Support internal communication and relay messages to appropriate departments
  7. Provide accurate information about the company’s services when required
  8. Uphold the company’s values and deliver excellent customer service

 

 

Job Specification
  1. Minimum +2 (Intermediate) qualification; Bachelor's preferred
  2. Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
  3. Good communication skills in English and Nepali
  4. Polite, well-groomed, and presentable personality
  5. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, typing)
  6. Ability to multitask and handle clients with professionalism
