Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, organized, and responsible Front Desk Staff to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling for counselors or management
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and filing
- Support internal communication and relay messages to appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services when required
- Uphold the company’s values and deliver excellent customer service
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate) qualification; Bachelor's preferred
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Nepali
- Polite, well-groomed, and presentable personality
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, typing)
- Ability to multitask and handle clients with professionalism
