The CDS & Clearing Settlement Officer / Assistant will support daily office operations, CDS and clearing settlement activities, and administrative tasks. The role requires fast typing skills, good Excel knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Back Office Support
- Assist in CDS and clearing settlement-related tasks
- Support daily office operations and back-office activities
- Perform fast and accurate data entry
Documentation & Records
- Maintain records, files, and documents systematically
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of documents
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational support
- Assist seniors in routine office and administrative tasks
- Handle assigned work efficiently without frequent errors
General Duties
- Follow company policies and operational guidelines
- Complete tasks within deadlines
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree completed or 4th year running (any discipline)
Skills & Competencies
- Fast typing speed with accuracy – COMPULSORY
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – COMPULSORY
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm
- Good organizational and time management skills
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
