The Junior Admin cum Computer Operator will assist in day-to-day administrative and computer-related tasks, including fast and accurate typing in both English and Nepali, handling emails, and supporting work related to IPOs and MeroShare. The role demands attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a basic understanding of office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fast and accurate typing in both English and Nepali.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support in IPO application and MeroShare-related work.
- Manage and respond to office emails professionally.
- Assist in record keeping and office file management.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
Job Specification
Education: Minimum +2 (Bachelor running or completed preferred)
Experience: 6 months+ in admin or computer operator role preferred
Skills:
- Fast English and Nepali typing
- Basic knowledge of IPO and MeroShare
- Email handling skills
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good communication and team coordination
- Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn
