We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales trainer–assistant manager to strengthen the sales team by developing employee capabilities, improving performance, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams across branches and dealerships.
Qualification• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Training Certification (TOT) will be an added advantage
Experience• 4–6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the automobile/commercial vehicle industry
• Experience conducting both classroom and field training
