We are seeking a full-time, on-site Advertising Executive to join our team in Kathmandu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, creating marketing strategies, and executing advertising campaigns that align with client objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying and understanding client needs, generating creative advertising ideas, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and building strong client relationships. You will also play an active role in sales pitches, presentations, and customer service, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market insights and optimize campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teams
- Proficiency and experience in marketing and sales to develop and pitch competitive advertising strategies
- Outstanding customer service skills to build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or customer service is a strong advantage
