Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Promote company products/services through online and offline channels.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the organisation.
Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service).
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or electrical light showroom experience.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of the English and Nepali languages.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, social media platforms).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, result-orientated, and proactive attitude.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
