Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll processing, and other HR functions. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration..
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Ensure HR databases and systems (HRIS) are up to date.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Job Specification

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (internships count).

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with standard working hours (may vary based on location).
  • May require occasional overtime or extended hours during busy periods (e.g., onboarding or payroll cycles).
