Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Review of daily sales report of the respective branch Competitor activity analysis and Marketing activity plan.
- Maintain regular and timely interaction with team members and dealers to establish long term, successful relationship
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Maintain database of particular branch and category, Regular update as per activities and visit
- Increase scope and opportunity with the visit of new prospects.
- Plan for marketing activity to promote AMC service, spare for customer satisfaction in coordination with concerned Department Heads.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
Job Specification
- At least 4+ years of working experience in the capacity of Heavy Equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Heavy Equipment and market of Nepal.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Highly creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker.
