Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor networks, and strengthening market presence for manufacturing products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team within the assigned area
Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotions in the market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS on a regular basis
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales within the manufacturing industry
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage large territories and meet aggressive sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
