Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, building client relationships, and driving sales growth across Nepal. This role requires frequent travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Candidate Should have experience in Field Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Travel across Nepal to meet potential clients, partners, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote company services through presentations, events, and field visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and sales performance.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory if candidate has strong experience).
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales/marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
- Based in Birgunj or nearby areas (mandatory).
