Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Representative to join our team in the perfume industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in fragrances, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of premium perfumes to customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Actively promote and sell our perfume products to retail stores, distributors, and individual customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base in your assigned territory
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to help them choose the best fragrances
- Organize and participate in promotional events, product launches, and brand activations
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining stock levels at retail locations
Job Specification
- Sales Experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry will be plus
- Strong passion for perfumes and fragrance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to travel within the assigned region and attend events as needed
- A background in retail or direct sales is a plus
- Office Timing: 11 AM-7:30 PM
- Fluent in speaking in English & Nepali
