Job Description
D.I Trade Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Persons to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling groceries and FMCG items (especially rice and oil) within assigned areas. Candidates with prior experience in groceries/FMCG sales are preferred, but freshers with strong interest and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell grocery products (rice, oil, and other FMCG items).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and customers.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure product visibility in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the distribution and delivery process when required.
Job Specification
- 1–2 years of experience in groceries/FMCG sales preferred.
- Freshers with high motivation with intermediate degree and willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, or Lalitpur market areas.
- Vacancy open for Intermediate passed; 2 Candidate and Bachelor passed; 2 candidates for senior level.
