Job Description
- Manage the procurement of good and services for the project.
- Work closely with ICCO finance officer in financial monitoring and reporting of the project in accordance with ICCO Cooperation and European Commission policies and guidelines in order to ensure transparency and accountability.
Job Specification
- Good knowledge of project finance and procurement procedure.
- Knowledge on Government rules and regulations.
- Substaintial experience of preparing and executing procurement plan.
- Substaintial experience on working in a European Commision Project will be an added value.
